HDPE Butt Fusion Welding Machine Description

This HDPE butt fusion welding machine joins pipes and fittings made of PE, PP and PVDF with easy operation suitable for all complex work conditions. The system comprises a basic frame, hydraulic unit, electric planing tool, PTFE-coated heating plate, and support brackets. When equipped with the optional data logger, the welding process operates in a semi-automatic mode — continuously repeating welding cycles with automatic preset parameter control. The data logger stores up to 1000 welding cycles and exports encrypted EXCEL reports via USB to a PC/laptop.
