Manual Butt Fusion Welding Equipment Description

Zemotech manufactures butt welding machines for HDPE pipes from 20mm to 3000mm OD. While butt welding is feasible for all diameters, pipes below 63mm are generally not recommended due to alignment challenges. For small-diameter welded joints, electrofusion is preferred. Large-diameter pressure and non-pressure pipes up to 3000mm and above are now regularly welded, with fittings machines producing up to 2000mm/80".
